Ingredients

1 lb. unsalted butter
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. pecans
1 small bag chocolate chips or milk chocolate

Preparation

Prepare 2 buttered cookie sheets (medium size).
You will need 1 wooden spoon and 1 candy thermometer.
