Spanish Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 loin pork chops
    salt and pepper
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    basic tomato sauce
Preparation
    Season pork chops with the salt and pepper.
    Place chops in a shallow baking dish.
    Place 2 tablespoons rice on top of each chop.
    Cover chops with the basic tomato sauce.
    Cover and place in moderate oven (350\u00b0) for 1 hour.
    Uncover and bake 30 minutes longer.
