Smoked Sausage And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. smoked sausage, cut in 2-inch pieces
3/4 c. uncooked rice (not instant)
1 can cream of celery soup
3/4 can water
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. butter
1 small onion, chopped
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a large skillet.
Cover and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 20 to 25 minutes or until rice is cooked.
Makes 4 servings.
