Broiled Orange Roughy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (5 oz.) orange roughy, halibut or scrod fillets
    juice of half a lemon
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. dehydrated onion flakes
    1 tsp. salt-free vegetable seasoning
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley and 4 lemon wedges for garnish
Preparation
    Rinse fish
    and pat dry with paper towels.
    Lay fillets on broiler
    pan, coated with nonstick cooking spray.
    Sprinkle with lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, onion flakes, vegetable seasoning
    and
    paprika.
    Marinate at room temperature for 15 minutes.
    Place
    in preheated broiler and broil for 8 to 10 minutes or\tuntil
    fish
    flakes
    with
    a
    fork.
    Garnish
    with chopped parsley and lemon wedges.
