Tortilla Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. cream cheese
    2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar
    1 c. chopped green chilies (2 small cans)
    10 scallions, chopped into pieces very small
    1 lime (juice only)
    2 Tbsp. salsa
    10 flour tortillas
Preparation
    Mix ingredients.
    Spread onto flour tortillas.
    Roll up. Chill.
    Cut into 1-inch pieces.
    Serve with extra salsa.
