Ham Dinner Omelet - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 thin slices bread, crusts removed
1 c. diced green pepper
1 small chopped onion
1 1/2 c. lo-cal mayonnaise
salt and pepper
1 c. chopped ham
1 c. diced celery
4 beaten eggs
2 c. milk
1 (4 oz.) mushrooms (optional)
1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation

Place 4 slices of the bread in a buttered mixing pan.
Mix green peppers, onions and mayonnaise.
Put mixture with ham and celery over bread in buttered pan.
Now put on second layer of bread.
Now pour mixture of eggs and milk over.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
Can be made the night before.
This can be frozen.
This and a green salad make a fine supper, before church!
