Shrimp Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. grated Swiss cheese
    1 Tbsp. flour
    3 eggs
    1 c. light cream or half and half
    1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 c. cooked shrimp
    unbaked pastry shell
Preparation
    Mix cheese and flour together.
    Beat eggs and the light cream, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
    Pour 3/4 of the cheese mixture in pastry shell.
    Add shrimp and remaining cheese. Pour egg mixture over all.
    Bake in a 400\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
    Serves 6.
