Mandarin Oranges With Ginger - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarins
    1/4 tsp. fresh ginger, grated
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine mandarins and ginger, mix well. Refrigerate 30 minutes or longer.
    Serve chilled as a dessert or pork or poultry side dish.
    Serves 2.
