Baked Eggplant - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. celery salt
    1/4 tsp. onion salt
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 eggplant, sliced
Preparation
    Salt each piece.
    Let stand stacked 1 hour in salt water. Rinse in cold water.
    Cut in small pieces.
    Cover with boiling water.
    Boil 5 minutes; drain.
