My Mother'S Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups rice, cooked until fluffy
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 cups sugar
    1 teaspoon vanilla or nutmeg
    1 cup raisins
    1/4 cup butter or thick cream
Preparation
    Stir all together and put in shallow pan or baking dish and cook until thick and a light brown. Cover with marshmallows and bake until brown. Watch closely so it doesn't burn.
