Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. bag hash brown potatoes
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1 can cream of chicken
    1 can cream of celery
    1 c. sour cream
    1 stick butter, melted
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. grated cheese (Velveeta or shredded Cheddar)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Then throw in potatoes and put it in a greased casserole dish. Crumple Ritz crackers on top. Cook at 375\u00b0 for about 45 minutes.
