David'S Sauteed Rockfish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. rockfish fillets
    1/4 c. margarine
    3 cloves garlic, crushed
    3/4 tsp. lemon pepper
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. vermouth
    1/2 c. fresh parsley, chopped
Preparation
    Preheat electric skillet or frying pan to medium heat.
    Melt margarine, add garlic and spices and saute for 5 minutes.
    Add fish.
    Increase heat to medium-high and cook until halfway done. Add vermouth.
    Turn fish.
    Continue cooking until done.
    Stir in parsley and serve.
    Makes 6 servings.
