Oven-Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small frying chickens or chicken breasts
    1/4 c. Dijon style mustard
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. finely crushed crumbs made from packaged sage-onion stuffing mix
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Spray rack of roasting pan with nonstick cooking spray.
    Cut chicken into serving pieces and remove skin and excess fat.
