Baked Onions - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 medium size fresh onions
1 (3 3/4 oz.) bag potato chips
1/2 lb. Wisconsin mild cheese
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
Preparation

In a 9 x 13-inch buttered casserole, place alternate layers of thinly sliced onions, crushed potato chips and grated cheese. Pour mushroom soup and milk over the top of the onion mixture and it will cook through.
Sprinkle cayenne pepper over the top and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
This is good with barbecue.
