Ingredients

2 c. cooked rice
1 1/4 c. milk
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 c. raisins
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Microwave milk 3 minutes.
Stir.
Microwave 3 more minutes. Combine eggs, sugar and salt, then stir in milk.
Mix in rice, raisins, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Add vanilla.
Microwave 4 minutes on High.
Stir.
Microwave 4 more minutes.
Let set 5 to 10 minutes.
