Ground Beef And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    4 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 c. carrots
    1 c. celery
    1/2 c. onion
    1/2 c. rice
    1 c. water
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    chow mein noodles
Preparation
    Combine beef, soy sauce, carrots, celery, onion, rice and water.
    Steam for 15 minutes (add no salt).
    After steaming, add mushroom soup and cream of chicken soup.
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0. Add chow mein noodles last 15 minutes.
