Venison Jerky - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb lean venison (No Fat!), cut into 1/4 inch thick and 3/4 inch wide
    1 Tbsp salt
    1 Tbsp Insta Cure or a cure of your choice
    1 Tbsp onion powder
    1 Tbsp garlic powder
    1 Tbsp black pepper
    1/4 c soy or teriyaki sauce
    1/3 c Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Marinate with all ingredients for 24 hours.
    Covered.
