Cucumbers In Sour Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large cucumbers
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 cup sour cream
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped onions
    1/4 tsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. chopped parsley
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Slice cucumbers.
    Lightly toss cucumbers with 1 tsp. salt. Chill well.
    Meanwhile combine sour cream, lemon juice, remaining salt, sugar and pepper.
    Drain cucumbers.
    Toss with sour cream mixture.
    Refrigerate about 2 hours.
    Turn cucumbers into shallow serving bowl.
    Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
    Serve.
