Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 1/4 c. lukewarm water
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. shortening
    1/2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Soften yeast in warm water and set aside.
    Sift dry ingredients together.
    Cut shortening into flour mixture.
    Add milk and softened yeast.
    Stir until well blended.
    Store in refrigerator about 1 hour before baking.
    Roll dough 1/2 inch thick and cut using a 2 inch cutter.
    Let rise for 1 hour.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes or until brown.
