Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. butter
    1/2 c. maple syrup or honey
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    3 qt. popped corn
    1 c. nuts (peanuts, walnuts or pecans)
Preparation
    Blend butter and syrup bring to a boil in a double boiler. Add vanilla.
    Add soda; pour over popcorn.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
