Ingredients

1 gal. apple cider
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. whole cloves
1 tsp. whole allspice
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
3 (1-inch) cinnamon sticks
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation

Place all spices into a cheesecloth or a tea ball.
Put spice ball into crock-pot with cider and brown sugar.
Keep spices in for 2 hours.
Or, place cider into an electric percolator and put spices and brown sugar in the basket.
