Beef Brisket - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 to 14 lb. brisket
pepper to taste
1 large onion, chopped or sliced
1/2 c. liquid smoke
1/3 c. soy sauce
1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Line a large pan with heavy-duty foil about 2 1/2 times longer than the brisket.
(I use a lasagna or jelly roll pan.)
Place brisket (trim fat if necessary) in foil.
Place onion on top of meat.
Mix remaining ingredients and pour over meat. Wrap meat loosely, but seal firmly.
Bake at 275\u00b0 for 8 to 10 hours.
