Guacamole Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch salad greens
    24 oz. pkg. alfalfa sprouts
    3 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
    3/4 c. onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 green pepper
    1/2 lb. cooked shrimp
    corn chips
Preparation
    Cover plates with greens and then alfalfa sprouts.
    Process avocado, onion, lemon juice, salt and pepper in food processor or blender until smooth.
    Spread on top of alfalfa sprouts.
    Slice pepper into rings.
    Place on avocado.
    Add shrimp to center of pepper ring.
    Garnish with crushed corn chips.
    Serves 4 or more.
