Icebox Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 box graham crackers
    8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
    1 can evaporated milk
    1/4 lb. melted butter
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Crush graham crackers adding 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and 1 teaspoon sugar.
    Mix with melted butter.
    Line bottom of pan with 1/2 of the mixture (don't worry about the sides).
    Save other 1/2 for the top.
    Chill the milk.
    Make Jell-O but only use 1 cup boiling water.
    Let stand until consistency is egg white.
    Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in a bowl by hand.
    Beat chilled milk until stiff.
    Drop in cheese mixture slowly and add Jell-O mixture; blend.
    Pour into pan.
    Put other 1/2 of graham cracker mixture on top.
    Put in the refrigerator.
