Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks butter
    3 c. sugar
    3 c. plain flour, sifted 3 times
    6 to 8 eggs
    1/4 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. lemon
    1 c. sour cream (put soda in sour cream)
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Add 2 to 3 eggs; beat.
    Add 1 cup flour; beat.
    Add 2 to 3 eggs; beat.
    Add 1 cup flour; beat.
    Add 2 eggs; beat.
    Add 1 cup flour.
    Add extract and sour cream.
    Beat 2 minutes.
    Pour into greased and floured tube pan.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 2 hours or until done.
    Start in cold oven.
