Buckwheat Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 cake yeast
2 c. warm water
buckwheat flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
3 tsp. sugar
1 level tsp. salt
1/2 c. warm water
Preparation

Mix yeast and 2 cups warm water.
Add enough flour to make extra thick batter.
Set in warm place to rise overnight.
In the morning, add baking soda, sugar, salt and 1/2 cup warm water.
Mix thoroughly.
If batter is too thick, thin with water to desired thickness for baking.
