Mandarin Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fryer (all breast are easier)
    1 c. canned whole tomatoes
    1/2 c. cider vinegar
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    salt to taste
    dash of cayenne pepper
    1/2 c. crushed pineapple
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 slice fresh ginger or 1 tsp. ginger
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
Preparation
    Prepare chicken by removing bones and steaming good size pieces.
    Dip in batter and fry in hot, deep fat.
    Cut into 1/2-inch slices.
    Cover with sauce.
