Corn Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 large ears corn, cut and scraped
    1 head cabbage, chopped
    1 qt. chopped, peeled cucumber
    1 qt. chopped onion
    1 qt. ripe tomatoes, peeled and chopped
    12 sweet peppers, chopped
    6 hot peppers, chopped
    1 qt. vinegar
    1 pt. sugar
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Cook over low heat. Bring to a boil and add 1 pint prepared mustard.
    Cook 20 to 30 minutes, stirring constantly. Can in sterile jars.
