Liver Nipps - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beef stew
    1 lb. beef liver
    2 c. flour
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 egg
    1 c. beef broth
    1 Tbsp. marjoram leaves, crushed
    1 Tbsp. ground coriander or sage
Preparation
    Cook stew beef until tender; then cook liver in beef pot for 1/2 hour.
    Take meat out of beef broth and let cool.
    Grind or grate the meat.
    Put your flour, onions, spices, egg and 1 cup of beef in.
    Finally, mix all together and drop in boiling broth for 30 minutes or until done.
