Pork Chops Bettina - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 pork chops, 3/4-inch thick
    2 Tbsp. oil
    salt and pepper
    4 to 5 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced thin
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. flour (or more)
    1 c. milk (or more) at room temperature
Preparation
    Salt and pepper chops; brown in oil.
    Place in shallow oven pan.
    Arrange potatoes on top and around sides of chops.
    Salt and pepper.
    Sprinkle onion on chops, then flour.
    Pour milk gently into pan to almost cover chops.
    Cover with foil and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
    Remove foil and bake 10 to 15 minutes longer to brown.
