Partridge Breast Cashew With Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    oil
    6 partridge breasts
    1/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. flour
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    3 scallions, include tops, chopped
    4 oz. cashews
    salt and pepper
    cooked rice
Preparation
    Heat 1/4-inch oil in skillet.
    Cut meat from breasts and cut into bite-size pieces.
    Dip pieces in milk, then into flour.
