Luscious Lemon Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1/3 c. plus 1 Tbsp. confectioners sugar
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    4 large eggs
    3/4 c. granulated sugar
    1/2 c. thawed frozen bottled lemon juice from concentrate
Preparation
    Mix flour and 1/3 cup confectioners sugar in a medium size bowl.
    Cut in butter until mixture resembles small peas.
    Mixture will be dry and crumbly.
    Press in bottom of ungreased 9-inch baking pan.
    Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes, or until lightly golden.
