1 c. cake flour
1 tsp. baking powder
3 eggs
1/3 c. water
1 c. whipping cream, sweetened and whipped
confectioners sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
Line jelly roll pan with aluminum foil or waxed paper; grease.
Stir together flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt; set aside.
