St. Paul'S Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot bulk sausage
    4 1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. uncooked long grain rice
    1 box (2 envelopes) dry chicken noodle soup
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    2 celery stalks, chopped
    1 pkg. slivered almonds, chopped
Preparation
    Crumble sausage, brown and drain. Boil water, rice and chicken noodle soup for 7 minutes. Add sausage, bell pepper, onion, celery and almonds. Mix well and pour into casserole. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
