Scalloped Asparagus - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans asparagus, drained
4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 lb. Velveeta, cubed
1 Tbsp. butter
bread or potato chip crumbs
Preparation

Drain asparagus and save juice.
Put into baking dish.
Put chopped eggs on top of asparagus.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Thicken asparagus juice by adding cheese and 1 tablespoon of butter.
Pour over asparagus and top with choice of toppings. Serves 6.
