Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. small shell macaroni
    10 oz extra sharp cheese, shredded
    1 lb. cottage cheese
    1/2 lb. butter
    1 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation
    Brown onion in olive oil and set aside.
    Cook shells.
    While shells are cooking, brown 1/2 pound butter, being careful not to burn.
    When shells are done, drain and mix with the cheese and onion until everything is blended together.
    Add 1/2 pound browned butter and mix again.
