Fantastic Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (4 oz.) pistachio pudding mix (1/2 c.)
1 1/3 c. cottage cheese
1 c. crushed pineapple (in its own juice)
1 c. Cool Whip

Preparation

Combine pudding mix (dry) with cottage cheese and pineapple. Mix until smooth.
Fold in topping. Serves 8.
