Hash Brown Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 medium baking potatoes, cooked and grated with skin on
2 Tbsp. grated onion
pepper to taste
1 Tbsp. canola oil
1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
Preparation

In a large bowl, mix grated potatoes, grated onion and pepper. In nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium heat.
Put potatoes in skillet.
Cover and cook until bottom is brown.
Turn to brown other side.
Sprinkle parsley on top.
Serves 4.
