Ingredients

1 1/4 c. water
1 medium onion, chopped
1/4 c. butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb seasoned stuffing
2 c. cooked broccoli cuts
2 c. turkey or chicken, cooked and cubed
1 can condensed golden corn soup
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. milk
1 can sliced mushrooms, drained

Preparation

In a 2-quart saucepan over high heat, heat water, onion and butter to boiling.
Remove from heat.
Add stuffing; toss to mix well.
Spoon into 2-quart oblong baking dish.
Arrange broccoli and turkey/chicken over stuffing.
In medium bowl, combine soup, 1/2 cup cheese, milk and mushrooms.
Pour over broccoli and turkey/chicken.
Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup cheese over soup mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Garnish with fresh sage and thyme.
