Hamburger Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. hamburger
    1 small onion
    5 to 6 medium potatoes
    2 c. peeled and sliced carrots
Preparation
    Roll hamburger into small balls.
    Place in pot with diced onion and enough water to cover.
    Cook for 15 minutes.
    Add cubed potatoes and carrots.
    Cook for 1/2 hour or until carrots and potatoes are soft.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Serves 5.
