Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    3 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. lasagna noodles
    1 1/2 to 2 c. cottage cheese
    1 1/2 to 2 c. grated Swiss or Mozzarella cheese or Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    oregano
Preparation
    Brown meat
    and
    garlic.
    Drain fat.
    Add tomato sauce, salt, pepper
    and
    oregano.
    Cover;
    simmer
    30 to 45 minutes. Cook noodles according to package directions.
    Layer noodles, sauce, cottage
    cheese
    and cheese mixture in 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
