Piquant Sauce For Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg yolks, well beaten
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. minced parsley
    1 Tbsp. horseradish
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of cayenne
    dash of paprika
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in the order given, beating after each addition until blended.
    No cooking is necessary.
    Pour over any fish just before serving.
    Makes 1 cup.
