Mississippi Mud Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 sticks butter
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. plain flour
1/2 c. cocoa
dash of salt
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 bag miniature marshmallows
Preparation

Cream together the sugar, butter and eggs.
Add the flour, cocoa, dash of salt, pecans and vanilla.
Mix well. Bake in an oblong pan at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
Remove from the oven and place the marshmallows on top. Put back in the oven to melt the marshmallows.
Cool and top with icing.
