Ingredients

2 Tbsp. margarine, softened
1/8 tsp. instant minced garlic
24 slices pepperoni
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese (4 oz.)
12 cherry tomatoes, cut in halves
3 English muffins, split and toasted
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
Preparation

Mix margarine and garlic; spread on muffin halves.
Cut each muffin half into 4 wedges, don't separate.
Place 1 slice of pepperoni and 1 tomato half on each muffin wedge.
Place in broiler pan.
Mix cheese and oregano.
Sprinkle over muffins.
Set oven to broil or 550\u00b0.
Broil with the tops 5 inches from heat until cheese melts, about 2 minutes.
Cut to separate wedges. Serves 6 at 65 calories each.
