Turkey Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground turkey
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 small onion, chopped
    3 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    1 clove garlic, minced
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together thoroughly and fry or broil as you would hamburgers.
    Spray frypan or broiler pan with Pam.
    Fry or broil for 5 minutes.
    If you do not like well done, decrease cooking time.
