Roma Asparagus-Tomato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Romaine lettuce leaves, rinsed, dried and a large part of stem removed
    2 very thin slices medium red onion
    1 Italian plum tomato, thinly sliced
    4-6 spears fresh asparagus, blanched until just tender (use tender tops only)
    1/2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    1/4 tsp. each garlic powder and oregano
    1 Tbsp. grated mozzarella cheese
    fresh ground black pepper
    2-3 tbsp Italian dressing
Preparation
    Slightly overlap lettuce leaves on chilled salad plate. Build salad in layers in order ingredients are given.
    Dress just before serving.
    May garnish with a few pitted black olives.
