Ingredients

1 small can Angel Flake coconut
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c. margarine, melted
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 unbaked pie shells
Preparation

Combine melted margarine and sugar.
Add eggs one at a time; mix well.
Add coconut and drained pineapple.
Pour into 2 unbaked pie shells.
Cook in a 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
