Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large potatoes, peeled and cut into small pieces
    3 large carrots, peeled and thinly sliced
    1 to 2 c. corn
    2 c. green beans
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef (raw)
    2 qt. tomatoes with liquid
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Place all ingredients into a stockpot.
    Bring to a boil.
    Turn down heat to low and let simmer 2 to 4 hours, stirring frequently. Add water if you like your soup thinner.
