Texas Matador - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) egg noodles
    2 lb. ground beef
    3 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 c. sour cream
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    6 green onions
    1 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Cook noodles.
    Drain. Brown beef.
    Add salt, sugar and pepper in skillet.
    Drain.
    Add tomato sauce and garlic.
    Cook for 10 minutes over low heat.
    Add noodles, sour cream, cream cheese and onions.
    Stir well.
