Italian Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. cornmeal
    1 1/2 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    1 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. cubed Mozzarella cheese
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    2 eggs
    1 c. yogurt or sour cream
    1/2 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. Ricotta cheese
Preparation
    Mix dry and wet ingredients separately.
    Then combine until moistened evenly.
    Add Mozzarella cheese last.
    Fill greased muffin cups 2/3 full.
    Bake at 400\u00b0
    for 20 minutes.
    Makes 18 muffins.
